How to stay alcohol free during Dryathlon January
It's January, our livers have all been pickled after the merry celebrations of Christmas and New Years, so why not begin January with a Dryathlon . Many of you are starting off the New Year by going a month without alcohol and it is surprisingly easier than we thought, but if your struggling here are some tips on how to stay alcohol free.
Don't avoid alcohol fuelled situations (aka your social life) otherwise you'll end up making yourself sad. Go out have fun you don't need alcohol.
Treat yourself. Buy that nice expensive juice you've been contemplation on buying. That way you'll have something to look forward to that isn't alcohol on a Friday night.
Do the Dryathlon with a friend. More the merrier and you won't be the only one sober.
